Is there an extra cost to recover a tcpTunnel license?

Yes. As stated in the license agreement, the warranty does not cover material that is lost, stolen or damaged accidentally and/or due to cause majeure, misused or modified without authorization. Users are advised to take out an insurance contract that covers the software and its associated materials against loss, theft or damage.

A statement stating the facts must be filled out, and a personalized offer will be sent. The amount of the license replacement is lower if you have a maintenance contract in place.
