How do you delete contours in specific zones?

The Separate Contour Lines command allows you to create "gaps" within a contour set by selecting a boundary polyline; all segments inside that boundary will be deleted. There is also the Delete Contour Lines command to remove all contours and labels from the drawing after confirmation.
