What does the georeferencing process in tcpMDT consist of?

To georeference an image that has no coordinates, Marks (support points in the photo) and Links (connection of marks with real terrain points) are used. The transformation calculation can be performed using the Helmert 2D (2 points) or Affine (3 points) methods.
