What is the difference between "Draw Crosses" and "Label Frame"?

Draw Crosses: Draws a grid of coordinate crosses at a fixed interval within a window or polyline, labeling the X and Y values.

Label Frame: In addition to drawing the crosses and coordinate intervals, it draws a frame with specific dimensions (width and height). It allows you to choose whether the coordinates are labeled inside or outside the frame.
