If my computer is stolen, how do I recover my tcpTunnel Scan license?

As stated in the license agreement, the warranty does not cover material that is lost, stolen or damaged accidentally and/or due to cause majeure, misused or modified without authorization. Users are advised to take out an insurance contract that covers the software and its associated materials against loss, theft or damage.

For duly accredited cases of theft, an offer will be sent to acquire a license with a special discount, provided that you provide a copy of the report where the license appears.

The replacement amount will be lower if you have a maintenance contract in place.
