Is it possible to export CAD objects to GIS formats?
Yes, TcpMDT can export drawings or selections of objects to SHP, GML, and GeoJSON formats.
You can choose whether the export is in 2D or 3D.
If exported as Owner, an elevation field is created in the associated database file, provided the object's station is constant.
PLOT S and Buildings created in MDT can also be exported to these formats, including their Owner and Reference data.
