What GIS data formats can tcpMDT import?

Updated on tcpMDT Leer en español

TcpMDT allows the import of various standard GIS industry formats to integrate them into the CAD environment:

  • ESRI Shapefile (*.SHP): Requires that the associated files (.dbf for attributes and .shx for indexes) are in the same folder.

  • GML (Geography Markup Language): XML-based format for the exchange of geographic content.

  • GeoJSON: Lightweight JSON-based format.

  • GeoPackage (*.gpkg): An open standard format that allows storing multiple GIS layers in a single file.
