What does Points Analysis with respect to Surface allow?
Compares the elevations of the points in the drawing with the current surface, listing the coordinates and the elevation difference between both.
Where the command is
The option is found in MDT > Setting Out > Points Analysis with respect to Surface.
If you come from an earlier version and cannot find it where it used to be, it has not disappeared: the command was moved when updating to MDT 9 and now sits in that route of the Setting Out menu.
If the comparison does not return the expected results
Check that the points and the surface are correctly defined.
If the result is still not what you expect, contact APLITOP technical support, indicating your licence number.
