4.9 Manual Editing of Classification

The automatic classification has improved on that of the original cloud, but it is not perfect. For example, on the building there are points that he considers ground or vegetation.

Run Selection by Estimated Plane, set the parameters as the figure, and designate several points erroneously classified as terrain on the roof.

On the CATEGORIES toolbar, select 6-Building to assign that category to the selected points.

Next, run Selection by Vicinity, define the parameters and designate a low point of each chimney and again press 6-Building. Repeat the previous processes until there is no point of land left in the building.
