9.5 Instrument

The total station's several parameters that depend on its characteristics are configured by this option.

TOPCON

Reflector Type: The available options are Prism, Sheet and Reflectorless (to measure without prism).

Laser Pointer: Allows one turn on/off the laser pointer of the total station.

Auto pointing: Allows one turn on/off the automatic search of the prism. It's possible to start manually a prism search clicking Search button, and stop it clicking Pause.

Height (m): Allows one to change the reflector height, in meters, when measures are done using Prism or Sheet modes.

Prism (mm): Allows one to change prism constant, in milimeters.

Measurement Mode: Sets the accuracy for the measurements. The available options are Fine 's' and Rapid 's', to do a measurement with more and less accuracy, respectively. A measurement can be done by clicking Measure button.

Rotation accuracy: Allows one to change the rotation accuracy of the total station.

Scanner: Allows one to turn on and off the scanner of the total station.

WiFi: Allows one to turn on and off the WiFi module of the total station.
