10.16 [PRO] Move Elevation

When this command is executed, MDT will first request the file of the vertical alignment to be adjusted. It then requests the Elevation Adjustment (for a negative adjustment, the negative sign must first be entered). Once it has been entered, the program will generate an elevation adjustment and modify the selected file.
