Yes, the Edit Nodes in Front command includes a button called Select, which allows the user to graphically select a new node position on the drawn longitudinal profile. Furthermore, there is the specific tool Move Nodes, which allows performing this offset in the front view, automatically updating the node position and its pipes in the plan view.
