25.16 Convert Points to Stations

This command allows users to convert a series of point observations to station observations. First, a dialog box appears that makes the selection of points easier by using Occupation Point, *Number or Code. All* can also be selected. The stations are created with the same coordinates as the points, with a "P" after their number.
