What is a Network and when should it be used instead of a Raise?

Unlike Station Observations, Networks consist of a set of Stationo and Observations without a specific order.

They should be used to simultaneously Adjust an entire system of Complex template: observations where multiple Draw Points exist between stations, allowing for a global least squares adjustment.
