What is the structure of the MDT LEA format?
The raw observations obtained from the total station during the process of observing a topographic Raise can be imported with MDT directly using the LEA format. This FILE of observations is an ASCII format with a data structure specific to Aplitop, file *.LEA. The Structure is shown in the following image:

Explanation of the LEA Structure
B -> data of bases with known Coordinates:
Name, Fixed (F) or mobile (M) Base, X Y Z Coordinates and SCALE.
S -> data of the Stationo performed:
Name, I. Height and Disorientation, if unknown a priori the value 0 is indicated.
E → data of the sighted stations:
Name, Horizontal observation, Vertical observation and Reduced Distance, Rod Height and Code.
P -> data of the sighted points:
Name, Horizontal observation, Vertical observation and Reduced Distance, Rod Height and Code.
The observations are grouped by Stationo.
Repeated Observations or in backward circle share the same name.
