List drawing plots
Lists all plots defined in the active drawing, returning for each one its name, area, cadastral reference, owner, type and centroid.
Prerequisites: There must be an active drawing with configured plots. If the plot layer is not configured or there are no plots in the drawing, an empty list is returned (this is not an error).
