Insert Vertex

	Command to execute in the CAD
Vertical menu	MDT26 > Vertical Alignments > Insert Vertex
Ribbon menu	V.Alignments > Edit > Insert Vertex
Command line	MDT26_ras_insver

MDT initially requests the vertex one wishes to use as a reference to insert the new vertex. Once it has been selected, it requests the position of the new vertex. The vertical alignment is automatically drawn and the transition curve characteristics of the vertex selected initially will be modified.
