Symptoms
When attempting to run MDT25, the following appears:
"Incompatible Dongle"
And it is not possible to continue.

- Hardware protection system with Sentinel technology
Cause
The protection dongle is of an old model not supported by MDT25.
Solution
Step 1: Understand the problem
MDT25 cannot function with old dongle models due to: - Changes in protection technology - Security improvements - Firmware incompatibility
Step 2: Dongle replacement
It is necessary to replace the dongle with: - Option A: New hardware dongle (modern USB) - Option B: Software LICENSE (Recommended)
Step 3: Process
- Contact the Administration Department: [email protected]
- Request a quote for replacement
- Physically send the old dongle to APLITOP
- APLITOP will send the new dongle or activation code
