This command corrects small gaps or misalignments between a reference plot (the master) and its neighbouring plots. It is useful when several plots have been created separately and their shared vertices do not match exactly.
When launched, the selection mode for the neighbour plots is requested:
Single: Neighbours are selected one by one.
Window: Neighbours are selected with a selection window.
All: All plots in the drawing are processed.
The master plot and the tolerance in metres are then requested. The tolerance defines the maximum distance within which a neighbour vertex is considered to belong to the master plot boundary.
The command performs two operations on the neighbours:
Vertex projection: moves neighbour vertices that fall within the tolerance onto the exact edge or vertex of the master plot.
Vertex insertion: if a master vertex lies on a neighbour side, it is inserted into the neighbour to ensure a perfect match.
A summary is shown at the end with the number of plots modified, plots skipped by distance, vertices projected, vertices inserted and vertices cleaned.
